Which payment methods do you take?

We currently support PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay,and Google Pay.

Adding a discount code—how does that work?
  1. When your cart is ready, select the Cart icon.
  2. Click Go to checkout.
  3. Type in your discount code and press Apply.

⚠️ Note: Only one code can be used per order.

Can I change my order or shipping address?

If we haven’t shipped your package yet, we can usually switch things up. Email help@tattup.shop pronto with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want changed or added
  • Any new shipping info, if applicable
Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t left our hands, yes! Email us at help@tattup.com right away, and we’ll do a full refund if it hasn’t shipped.

Part of my order is missing

Big oops, and sorry about that! 💛
Email help@tattup.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A picture of what you received
  • What’s missing

We’ll make things right as fast as possible.

I got the wrong tattoo

We try to avoid mix-ups, but they can happen. 😕

Reach out to help@tattup.com and please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A pic of what you ended up getting
  • A quick note explaining the issue

We’ll fix it ASAP!

Something in my delivery arrived damaged

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item(s)
  • A short description of the problem

How do refunds work?

Whether you’ve ordered once or a dozen times, we’re all about keeping you happy.🙏🏽If you spot an issue, let us know within 14 days of getting your package.

Packaging must be unopened for a return/refund to be considered.

Once used or opened, we can’t accept it back for hygiene reasons.

Even if returns aren’t possible, we might offer store credit or, in special circumstances, a direct refund. Check out our Refund Policy .

To request a refund, email help@tattup.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures of the product(s) (barcodes and package (tear-strip clearly visible), or one group shot
  • A short explanation why you want a refund

We’ll respond with your next steps. Remember:

  • E-Gift Cards, Sale Items, Tattoo Bundles, and Limited Editions aren’t refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if there’s evidence of misuse.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees if applicable.
  • Currently, refunds can only be processed for orders within Europe and Switzerland.
My order never arrived

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order heads out. If the postal service is lagging, we appreciate your patience. Our products are shipped in envelopes, so definitely check your mailbox and maybe ask neighbors if they’ve seen it.

Tattup’s Refund Policy (full details)

We want you stoked about your Tattup purchase. If something’s off, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Because of hygiene rules, we don’t generally accept returns once the package is unsealed. Exceptions happen when:

  • The packaging is still sealed (and you reach out promptly).

If the package is already opened or the tattoos are touched, we can’t accept a physical return. However, we might offer credit or a refund in special cases. Requests that come in after two weeks or don’t meet these conditions may not qualify.

No refunds or returns on:

  • E-Gift Cards
  • Sale Items
  • Tattoo Bundles
  • Limited Editions
  • Custom Tattoos
  • Shop The Look Sets

We can decline a return if there’s a suspicion of foul play.

Damaged or defective?

Email us with pictures and a description, and we may replace or credit you.
