EU / CH consumers may cancel the contract within 14 days provided the tattoo set remains unopened.
If the hygiene seal’s tear-strip is removed, the right of withdrawal is excluded under the hygiene exception in Art. 16 (e) Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB.
To cancel, simply email help@tattup.shop with your order number and a photo of the intact seal.
We refund the purchase price + the lowest standard-shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the goods; you pay the return postage.
Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB).
The period starts when you—or a person you designate who is not the carrier—receive the goods.
If you bought several items in one order that were delivered separately, the period starts when the last item arrives.
Hygiene exception
The right of withdrawal lapses for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed (Art. 16 (e) Directive 2011/83/EU / § 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).
Our tattoo kits are packaged with a tear-strip seal; an opened or damaged strip voids the right of withdrawal.
How to exercise your withdrawal

Attach your order number and at least one photo of the unopened packaging (tear-strip clearly visible).

Sending the email on time is enough to meet the deadline.

Send the goods—well packaged and with proof of shipment—no later than 14 days after your withdrawal to the appropriate address.

Refund: Purchase price plus the cost of the cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of our receipt of the return or proof of dispatch, using the same payment method.

Abuse reservation: We may refuse or reduce refunds if there are signs of misuse, damage or tampering.
Regions: Refunds are processed only for orders delivered to Europe or Switzerland.
